Cincy East VBC Seasons

Cincy East VBC will be following all recommendations by all of our entities to help keep all of our athletes, families, and staff during this times that we are dealing with COVID-19. This means we are cancelling practices as of now until May 4th. OVR has cancelled all OVR tournaments which means that as refunds come into Cincy East VBC we will be able to start refunding families for those events that were cancelled all together. Some tournaments have been postponed or still are happening for post seasons and we will work with individual coaches for those teams that this effects. Please remember if your family had a hotel for one of the cancelled weekends it is up to you to call and cancel those reservations. We appreciate patience from families as this is going to be a fluid process that seems to change every week. We are hoping to resume practices for those that still have events on schedule when restrictions have been lifted.

We have faith that all families are staying home, safe, and healthy.
