- 2015 Spring Season Over View; suggested changes / improvements for the 2016 season:

o Smaller Fielders mask for the Pee Wee league

o Smaller Catchers Gear for the Pee wee League

o Use “Softie” balls for the Pee Wee League

o Increase registration fee by $5.00 across all divisions to use toward raffle basks

o Utilize snack shack more next year; discuss more getting parents to help / work during games

o Put together a 1 month Calendar Raffle for next year, utilizing donation per day. Beth Buchanan to start working on putting together.

- Twin Valley League start June 17, 2015. Oxford has 4 teams participating.

- New Sponsors for 2016

– Mark Steiner to start sending out letter for sponsorship for 2016 season.

- Banquet date, John to confirm selected date of October 5th or 19th. Trophies will be ordered after coach confirms each roster. Beth to work on putting together Banquet Booklets.

- Raffle Baskets will be put together with $50.00 from the league. Raffle baskets will be:

o Jane – Outdoor Fun

o Brian – Christmas

o Craig – Car wash / Car care

o Jake – Tools

o Mark V. – Halloween

o John – Candy

- Winter clinic will be 8 weeks and held at the middle school again this year. Will need volunteers to help out.

- Fall Ball will start the first Saturday after Labor day

- Pitching Clinic, with Stacy Alverdo, possible 6-8 weeks, in the fall and the spring, 1-1.5 hour sessions, two sessions one for older and younger girls. Stacey to forward flyer/info to John.

- Items for continued discussion or to followed up on at next meeting:

o Snack shack use for next year; discuss more getting parents to help / work during games

o Pitching Clinic, finalize details after getting flyer from Stacey

o Banquet date, October 5th or 19th??
