**ALL NEW REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A LEGAL RESIDIDENCE IN  WINDSOR (06095) AS DEFINED BY THE TOWN BOUNDRY.  IN ADDITION, THEY MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 7-14, AS OF DEC 31ST OF THE PLAYER YEAR, AND CANNOT BE IN HIGH SCHOOL.** ANY QUESTIONS ON ELIGIBILITY CAN BE EMAILED TO  [email protected].


All football and cheer registrations are non-transferable to another participant, and no participant can register for a team if he does not meet the age requirement of that team as of DEC 31st of the playing year. Any participant registration paid for the incorrect and/or closed team, or registration for a participant who has a legal residence outside of Windsor town boundary (06095) ,will automatically be voided.  A registration payment return will be subject to our refund policy with no exceptions.   



WINDSOR GIANTS REFUND POLICY

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the registration fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to play football and cheerleading.

Due to the fact that we must make decisions so far in advance, a registration fee refund, minus a $60 non-refundable processing fee and $90 non-refundable fee for family rate, if for all family members, may be granted by the Windsor Giants Treasurer and/or Board of Directors. We must receive a written request for a registration refund on or before June 30th. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR REFUNDS IF WRITTEN REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 30TH OF THE REGISTRATION YEAR. Requests for refunds should be mailed to Windsor Giants, PO Box 361, Windsor, CT 06095.

NO REFUND FOR REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE GRANTED FOR REQUESTS POSTMARKED ON OR AFTER JULY 1ST.
