Capital City Baseball Kingdom (CCBK) is Lansing’s newest indoor baseball training facility, dedicated to the development of high school, college and professional athletes through personalized skills training. This brand new, state-of-the art facility includes: • 10,000 square feet of indoor turf • Quality lighting to replicate natural light • 3 full size batting cages • 4 pitching mounds • A line up of experienced trainers. The facility is well-equipped to optimize the training experience for athletes who are committed to improving their individual baseball skills through individual and group instruction. CCBK offers pitching, hitting, catching, throwing, infield and outfield instruction, as well as video analysis. Speed, agility and plyometric training are also available.
