Founded in 2013, FC Kansas City Soccer Club's goal is to capture the atmosphere surrounding professional sports teams in an environment devoted to developing the "love of the sport" among youth players in the area. They hope to cultivate young athletes to their full potential, developing confidence on the ball and allowing them to become a part of a strong soccer "community." In the Spring of 2015, three other clubs including Futura Futbol Club, Blue Moose Soccer Club and Freebird Soccer Club joined FC Kansas City.  Futura FC, founded in 1992, brings a background in exceptional youth soccer training experience. Focusing on developing important life skills including character, persistence, discipline and teamwork, players work on individual skills improvement and developing a consistent commitment to pursuing excellence through soccer. Blue Moose, founded in 2004, also brings quality coaches and atmospheres for kids to grow and enjoy their love of the game.  Freebirds, established in 2011, brings the philosophy of building and growing competitive soccer teams by helping each player maximize their own ability- not only to have fun with the game of soccer, but also develop a team-oriented and winning mindset that will benefit them on and off the field. FC Kansas City Youth Club strives to build together as one using the four pillars each individual club brings.
