New Hartford Youth Recreation Soccer Details and Information:

New Hartford Youth Soccer is now part of the Northwest CT Recreational Soccer League. The other towns in the league are Barkhamsted, Norfolk, Colebrook, Hartland, and Winsted. 

Age Group Details:

Kindergarten Program Information: 
The Kindergarten Program is still at Brown's Corner on Saturday mornings from 9:30am-10:45am and is just New Hartford kids. There are no practices during the week. New Hartford Youth Soccer's Kindergarten program is designed to introduce players to the game through a variety of fun activities led by parent coaches. We believe it is vital that young players focus on building their individual skills before playing in larger groups. Teams consist of 6-8 players and meet each Saturday morning to run through the provided activities and finish with a small game.  All equipment is provided. Please make sure your little one wears appropriate footwear and shinguards. You can register your child using the same link as the age groups. Register here. 

The other Divisions are as follows (all CO-ED):
- Junior: Grades 1st and 2nd
- Lower: Grades 3rd and 4th
- Upper: Grades 5th and 6th
- 7/8: Grades 7th and 8th

General information for the Divisions:

Practices:
There is typically 1 practice per week. The practice day for your team will be determined by the coach and field availability. Practices are held at one of the following locations: Brodie, Antolini, or NHES. 

Games: 
Games are held on Saturdays and weeknights (early in the season as daylight permits). Home games at at Brown’s Corner and away games can be in Barkhamsted, Norfolk, Colebrook, Hartland, and Winsted. 

Equipment: 
Each child will receive a team jersey. Players should have cleats and shinguards. Balls are available for use at practices. 

Season Info and Playoffs: 
The season runs from Sept 9th through the end of October / beginning of November. Junior division does not have playoffs. All other divisions participate in Playoffs at the end of the season.
