We are a hard-working, non-profit organization that has been driving the world of youth sports forward for over 30 years. We are thought of as leaders in sports, family and academics, and connect these worlds through innovation, teamwork, and results-driven success.  Our mission is to set the standard in sports by promoting and enhancing the quality of recreational sports programs throughout Rahway. Furthermore, we promote continued education of our student athletes in the areas of drug awareness, gang intervention/prevention and community oriented goals to become productive citizens. This will be accomplished through organized interscholastic sports such as football, fund-raising, and/or other methods supporting the growth and development of our student athletes.  Our focus is on helping our youth build character, sportsmanship, and self-confidence while learning responsibility and teamwork in a competitive environment.  RWC provides a safe, structured, and secure environment for the youth to develop into productive young adults and quality football players.  Our goal is to teach the proper fundamentals of football in an atmosphere that is fun and energetic while equipping our players with the skills necessary to be successful for as long as they play the game.
