WHAT: Rockland Flag Football League is an NFL sponsored Flag Football League. This is a non-contact version of football where young athletes learn and develop their football skills. Each player will receive a reversible jersey with an NFL team's colors and logo along with a flag belt. The program is run by two current Rockland High School football coaches Nick Liquori and Chuck McDonald, who have over 50 years of combined coaching experience in both the youth and high school level.  Each team will be coached by current or former Rockland High school players.
WHO: Rockland Flag football is Co-Ed and will be separated into divisions based on age groups.
This year we will also have an all girls league for girls in grades 6-8.  
Age Groups could change depending on registration numbers, potential groupings are listed below: 
Division A: Kindergarten and 1st graders 
Division B: 2nd and 3rd Graders
Division C: 4th and 5th Graders 
Division D: 6th, 7th and 8th grader (boys) 
Division E: 6th, 7th and 8th grade (Girls)

WHEN: Games will be played on Sunday Evenings during the Spring (schedule to follow)
