Rockland Flag Football League 

WHAT: The Rockland Flag Football League is an NFL sponsored Flag Football League. This is a non-contact version of football where young athletes learn and develop their football skills. Each player will receive a reversible jersey with NFL team colors and logos as well as a flag belt. This program is run by experienced Rockland High school football coaching staff Chuck McDonald & Nick Liquouri 

WHO: Rockland Flag football is Co-Ed and will be separated into divisions based on age groups.
Age Groups could change depending on registration numbers, potential groupings are listed below: 
Division A: Kindergarten and 1st graders 
Division B: 2nd and 3rd Graders 
Division C: 4th and 5th Graders 
Division D: 6th, 7th and 8th graders 

WHEN: Games will be played on Sunday Evenings during the Spring (schedule to follow)
