Field Scheduling Guide

Be sure you have signed up as a coach or manager here: BUSC Website Internal Registration
1. You must inform our registrar when you do this:
2. The registrar will assign you to the team and add the required user role/permissions
3. Once complete you will be notified and may begin scheduling practices
Start at your team calendar page - this needs to be done on a PC, do not try through your phone. There are 3 ways to do this
1. Find your team in our Team Directory and click on the appropriate calendar button
2. Go to your personal "Account" page (accessed by moving your mouse over your account photo in the upper right of this page)
  1. Click on the "Volunteer" tab on the left side of the screen
  2. Click "Visit Team Page" for the appropriate team
  3. Click on the "Calendar" tab on your team page
3. Save a link or bookmark directly to your team calendar page
Click "Create an Event" button, which should be near the center of your screen
Select the "Practice" option and then click "Continue"
Check "Field Availability" to check for conflicts
1. The system will not allow you to save a practice that has a conflict
2. Full field reservations at Helke are not enabled, you must reserve by half
3. If scheduling at the Rec Center fields, check availability of the full field, due to game scheduling
Enter all the appropriate information and "Save"
1. Using "Repeat" is advised - you can later modify individual events or the series, as needed
After events are created, you can modify or delete them by clicking the "Edit" button for the event on the Team Calendar Page
