Club training and coaches develop the players, and MSSL and its flights offer the developmentally appropriate platform and pathway for players to progress into college and professional careers.

The Full Club Model is designed to serve each team in your club and to ensure that each team will compete in a developmentally appropriate format that provides competitive match each week.  The divisions are: EDP (1&2) MAPS Elites (EDP qualifier, 3), and MAPS (4-15)  the breadth of flights are offered accommodate all of your clubs travel teams.

 Furthermore, to address teams found outside of the traditional U11-U19 league play MSSL has formed two solutions to complete the full player progression pyramid Found at base of the player progression pyramid, the Full Club Model offers a festival and traditional 8v8 format U8-U10 youth.  Finally, to top-off the progression, college-aged athletes are offered a competitive out-of-season play in the Premier U20-U23 Summer League.  With the Full Club Model MS
