2018 Spring Baseball Draft Times & Information
IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN PROTECTED, AND YOU DO NOT HAVE A TEAM, YOU NEED TO BE THERE FOR YOUR ALLOTTED DRAFT TIME

WHAT TO BRING
Bring a glove, and cleats if you have a pair. You can wear baseball pants, but we will not be doing any sliding drills, so shorts or pants will work. You can bring your own bat if you like, but if you don't have one, there will be bats provided for the Draft at the Park.

If you can, show up around 15-30 minutes early so that we can keep things running on time, and so that every player gets the opportunity to showcase their skills for the maximum amount of time

The Vilonia Parks & Recreation welcomes you to USSSA, A-Division Recreational League Baseball!

The primary focus of USSSA Baseball is the development of programs that allow teams of all skill levels to compete against one another. USSSA believes the overall development of all players can be enhanced by the experience and fun of national tournament play. Until now the majority of players were denied this opportunity because of their skill level.

USSSA Baseball offers programs for four levels of play. Major and AAA programs are national programs that culminate in a World Series. The AA program is a regional program ran by the participating states that culminates at a National tournament. The A level is for recreational teams and is at a state level only.

Classification Guidelines
**State Directors determine actual classification**
Major Division- The top competitive teams in the country.
AAA Division- Middle of the pack competitive teams.
AA Division- Teams that have restricted rosters, drafted players, or play at the recreation level.
A Division- Recreational League teams only.
