On Base, Inc. is an inner city, non-profit volunteer youth sports organization. The organization looks to foster the athletic talent of underprivileged boys in our community, while also ensuring that each child is academically and physically sound. Through the commitment and dedication of the organization’s volunteers, each participant in our youth sports programs will be given the opportunity to achieve their dreams of playing baseball and softball at a higher level of competition through hard work, proper techniques, and discipline, while improving their self-esteem and realizing their self-worth.  

Our mission is to provide boys and girls of all ages and levels the opportunity to learn the game of baseball and softball in a safe and friendly environment, while keeping the focus on education and cultural awareness, as well as building self-confidence through positive mentorship and discipline. We are dedicated to providing a positive sports experience to all the children in our community and take pride in supporting their growth, development and success in life. Through sports and team work, our goal is to coach, teach and inspire our youth to recognize their potential and realize their dream.

As participants grow and learn in our sports youth organization, they are expected to embody the attributes of our mission, such as:

Commitment to community service
Focus on graduating high school and matriculating in college
