Hall of Fame Sports Association is honored and excited to be working with such visionaries from professional sports, sports entertainment and sports industry. They have joined our team of seasoned youth sports leadership to help guide our growth thru their relationships, expertise and passion. 

Our Advisory Board 

Comprised of individuals who love the game of football and are passionate about providing opportunities for youth of all skill levels to engage with this great game.  Their leadership will allow us to provide world-class leagues in communities with the singular focus of creating a fun atmosphere for our participants.  Our entire team is committed to providing unique opportunities to engage with the young athletes so that they may benefit physically, emotionally and mentally from their experience with Hall of Fame Flag Football.


Warren Moon 
is an exceptional mentor competitor and humanitarian.  He has been elected to two professional sports Hall of Fames.  In 2001 he was elected to the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, a league in which he won 5 championships over a 6 year period.  In 2006, in his first year of eligibility, he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and now sits on that institutions Board of Directors.  He is equally accomplished in the world of business.  He is currently a color analyst for the Seattle Seahawks and has worked with TNT, DirecTV, CBS Westwood One Radio and Fox Sports.  In 2010, after working for 10 years as a partner at Leigh Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, he co-founded Sports 1 Marketing where he currently serves as President.




David Meltzer
 is CEO of Sports 1 Marketing, and a national top ten best-selling author of Connected To Goodness. Sports 1 Marketing is a sports and entertainment firm that leverages the $2 billion in relationship capital surrounding the world’s largest sporting events.  Previous and current projects include: The Master's, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, ESPYs, Pro Football Hall of Fame, the Unstoppable Foundation, and countless others.  David previously served as President of Leigh Steinberg Sports and Entertainment.  He is a recognized humanitarian having received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and knighted by the order of St. John of Jerusalem.



Ronnie Lott is regarded as one of the top defensive backs to have ever played in the NFL. Lott was selected 8th overall in the 1981 NFL Draft, by the San Francisco 49ers.  In his rookie season for the 49ers, he played cornerback and recorded 7 interceptions, 3 of which were returned for touchdowns.  His stellar play helped the 49ers win Super Bowl XVI.  No matter what team or position he played, Lott always was at the top of the list in interceptions for the season.  In 1986 at the safety position, Lott recorded 10 interceptions, while missing the last two games of the season.  In 1991 with the Los Angeles Raiders, Lott led the league with eight interceptions.  His career lasted 14 seasons with a career 63 interceptions which he returned for 730 yards and 5 touchdowns. After he retired from the NFL, he became an analyst for FOX NFL Sunday in 1996 and 1997.  He is currently working on PAC-12 Playbook on the PAC-12 Network. Lott played collegiate football at the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a degree in public administration in 1981.  USC played in the 1978 National Championship Game and the 1979 and 1980 Rose Bowls during Lott’s tenure.  He won a unanimous All-American selection in 1980.  In 2002 he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. Lott supports the Pacific Club IMPACT Foundation that supports national charities serving America’s youth.  He awards the Lott IMPACT Trophy to the IMPACT Player of the Year, honoring the college football’s defensive best in character and performance.  To date the Foundation has donated over $1 million to charities and scholarship funds.



Jerry Rice
 is renowned as the best wide receiver to ever play in the NFL. His dedication to his craft led him to being able to play in the NFL for 20 seasons. Jerry started his professional career in 1985, when drafted by the San Francisco 49ers.  He earned offensive Rookie of the Year honors.  In 1987 Rice earned Player of the Year honors with a then record 22 TD catches and 1,078 yards, in only 12 games.  In Super Bowl XXIV, Rice had 7 catches for 148 yards, including a Super Bowl record 3 touchdowns.  After his tenure with the 49ers, Rice went on to play for the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks where he continued to pile onto his career stats that are going to be tough to break.  At the time of his retirement, Rice held 38 NFL records.  He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010.  He was named to the All-Decade Teams of the 1980s and 1990s as well as the league’s 75th Anniversary Team. Rice was selected to NFL Network’s Top 100 NFL Greatest Players.  He was selected to 13 Pro Bowls and is the leader in many wide receiver statistical categories including receptions, touchdown receptions, and yards.  His career accolades include 3 Super Bowl rings with the San Francisco 49ers. Rice attended Mississippi Valley State University from 1981 to 1984.  His junior year he set NCAA marks for receptions (102) and receiving yards (1,450).  He went on to break his own records the next season with 112 catches for 1,845 yards.  Rice has co-authored 2 books about his life: Rice (with Michael Silver, 1996) and Go Long: My Journey Beyond the Game and the Fame (with Brian Curtis, 2007).  He is a co-host for Sports Sunday in the San Francisco Bay Area, with NBC sportscaster Raj Mathai.  In 2014, Rice was a captain for one of the Pro Bowl teams. Jerry also has his own charitable foundation called Jerry Rice 127 Foundation which provides financial support Bay Area organizations dedicated to helping children and their families.  He also is in collaboration with Steve Young in the 8 to 80 Zones that provides youth living in underserved communities the skills necessary to pursue a career in technology and media.  He also served as Honorary Chairman for the Greater Bay Area Walk America Campaign for three years, which is an event by the March of Dimes organization.



Jim Rowley is the CEO & Founder of New Evolution Ventures (NeV) and since 2008 has been a driving force in the fitness industry.  Jim is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NeV's global investment portfolio which includes brands such as Crunch Fitness, Chile's Energy Fitness, UFC GYM, Yoga Works, Alex Rodriguez Energy Fitness, amongst others.  Previously, Jim was Division President for 24 Hour Fitness and was responsible for 225 fitness centers worldwide.  Prior to joining the fitness industry, Jim proudly served our country for 8 years as a U.S. Marine, including a three year assignment with the prestigious State Department, Marine Security Guard Battalion and a combat tour with "Task Force Ripper" during the Persian Gulf War.  Jim has coached youth football and is an avid supporter of youth health and fitness, and is focused on giving back to the community through involvement with numerous philanthropies.



Curt Kundred is a senior PR and business leader and marketing professional who is Managing Director for the U.S. Western Region as well as Global Head of Strategic Partnerships and Acquisitions for MSLGroup, a Publicis Groupe company.  He previously served as President for the West Coast, East Coast and Canada for FleishmanHillard and President of the Western Region for Edelman.  He currently leads MSLGROUP’s West Coast operations and is based in San Francisco. Curt has counseled executive leadership of startups and established brands and has led marketing and business development strategies across a variety of business sectors including technology, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, automotive, energy and financial services. Curtis involved with a variety of non-profits and is a long-time volunteer for youth and high-school athletic organizations.
