THE GREATER CINCINATI PREMER SOCCER LEAGUE

GCPSL LEAGUE STRUCTURE

The objective of The Greater Cincinnati Premier League (GCPSL) is a league formed to provide an opportunity in which the more competitive team can compete, in the U8 - U19 age groups. Our teams are formed so they can play more competitive teams in the area, at a lower cost and play in tournaments.

PARTICIPATING TEAMS

Competition will be in the U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13 and U14 ages for boys and for girls.

Teams will be formed by the Birth Year.

Age groups are formed Fall to Fall.

An application may be submitted by any team affiliated with a SAY Area, District or Club.

TEAM SELECTION

A Selection Committee is responsible for determining teams accepted for play.

SCHEDULING

Scheduling will be done by the GCPSL Scheduler, who will work with each Area/District playing in the GCPSL.

GUEST PLAYERS

Each Team will need to follow tournament guidelines if your team plays in a tournament. Guest Players are not permitted in GCPSL league games. 

FIELDS AND REFEREES

Each home team provides the field and arranges for referees. Because of the length of travel time between some clubs, you will allow a 30 min. grace period to start the match.

Each team will pay one Referee for each match. If you have one Referee show, both teams pay the Referee and get one parent from each team to call the line (In and Out of Bounds)

COSTS

Fees are charged by the Individual Area/District

RULES

Rules and Guidelines will be given to each league rep. to share with each team.
