New - Fall 2024 Stick Skills

Program Description: Come join Mudsock Girls Lacrosse for a comprehensive four-week stick skills and training program this fall, perfect for the offseason. Our program will emphasize a balanced approach, focusing on both enhancing fundamental stick skills like passing, catching, and groundballs, and refining position specific skills. Whether you're an offensive player looking to improve your shooting, dodging, and offball movement, or a defensive player seeking to enhance your footwork, positioning, and clearing abilities, this program has something for you. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to develop teamwork and camaraderie alongside our experienced coaching staff, which includes a mix of in-house youth coaches, high school coaches, and accomplished high school players.

Program Goal: We're committed to equipping your daughter with the resources and training she needs to enhance her stick skills and evolve as a player this fall. This preparation will serve as a steppingstone, whether she opts for an indoor program during the fall/winter or gears up for the upcoming spring season. Mastery of fundamental lacrosse skills is the hallmark of every successful player, from high school to collegiate and even professional levels. Our goal is to establish a solid foundation for each player, ensuring they're primed for success as they progress through the Mudsock Girls Lacrosse Youth Program and beyond into high school.
