Colorado Rush saw it’s largest tryouts in recent years and despite the adversity that has hit every community around the world, one that remains stronger and more unified than ever, is the one at Colorado Rush.

“It’s a result of our current incredible staff, the coaches and the commitment from them to continuously push and grow our young athletes, not only as soccer players, but people.  Creating the Virtual Learning Center (VLC) during a time we weren’t able to be on the field, then going to small group, non contact training when we were able to, allowed us not only to continue player and team development, but showed our members that Passion, Tenacity, Unity, Enjoyment and Leadership are Rush Core Values we all lived during this unforeseen time” - Russell Finch, Technical Director

Colorado Rush not only grew in teams and players, but also added a valuable member of staff in US Soccer’s Megan McCormick.  McCormick was a Club Development Manager (CDM) for US Soccer’s Girls Development Academy, which recently folded and is an incredible addition to Colorado Rush’s already impressive staff.

“Megan is a first class individual, someone whose ideas align perfectly with our Rush Way Philosophy.  The addition of Megan to our staff is going to help us continue to push Colorado Rush forward and reach all our goals in our Staff’s 3 Year Club Development plan that we did together as a staff nearly 14 months ago.”

Colorado Rush President, Tim Schulz, Technical Director, Russell Finch and all the Colorado Rush Staff wants to thank all their membership for continuing to push forward, for pressing on and continuing to learn and grow, regardless in this unforeseen time of all our lives and COVID-19.
