Rush 06 Girls Regional Finalists

The 2006 Rush girls gave everything in the final game. Controlled most of the possession and had a lot more chances than our opponents Century from PAW near Pittsburgh.

They took the lead and Rush replied within 5 minutes with a goal from Lauren Drakeley. With 4 minutes left in the game, the opponent got a penalty kick which was close to being outside the area. Fallon Darrows made a great save from the PK, but she was adjudged to have come off her line early. They scored the retake. We went all out attack and they hung on.

Congratulations girls and Coach Bates! Regional Finalists and they left everything on the field. We could not be prouder!This is an outstanding achievement for a PA Rush team! Our club is getting stronger!
