Spring Information

ESA Recreational Spring Baseball/Softball is a nine (9) week season that includes twelve (12) regular season games.  Each registration will be added to a team regardless of skill level and/or past participation as outlined in the ESA Local Rules of Play. Age groups will be based on PONY cutoffs dates for 2017.  Games will be played during the week and all teams will play each Saturday. Teams are limited to four (4) events (i.e. practices, games,  team functions) a week. Games will not be scheduled on Wednesday and Sundays.

Registration:
1.    ONLINE Registrations BEGINS January 7, 2017 for the 2017 recreational baseball and softball spring season. Register your player at www.evermansoprts.org.  Visa, MasterCard and checks is accepted.

2.    IN-HOUSE Registration: ESA Board Members will be available to help assist with registration and/or answer any questions. In-house registrations will take place at the ESA main concession stand located IN FRONT of Dollar General on the following dates and times:

*Assigned leagues are based off of the player’s age as of April 30th, 2017 for baseball (including Blastball) and January 1, 2017 for softball in accordance to PONY Baseball/Softball Rules and Regulations.

ESA registration fees cover the cost of the player's jerseys, hat, and an end-of-season participation trophy. The registration fee also covers operating costs like umpires, electricity, water, trash and more. Players will be responsible to purchase other uniform items like pants and a belt. Players will also need a playing glove and batting helmet.


Registration: 
Returning Members/Players: Go to www.evermansports.org, click on Login and log into your account. Under “My Account,” click on “Register Now” and choose the appropriate Available Program. Answer a few season specific questions and checkout. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is accepted at checkout.



New Members/Players:
 Go to www.evermansports.org, click on Register on the top right side of the home page and follow the onscreen instructions. Add your participant (player) information and choose the appropriate available program. Answer a few season specific questions and checkout. Visa, MasterCard, and Checks is accepted at checkout.

NOTICE: All registration fees must be received no later than February 11th. Registrations that have not been completed by February 11th will be considered incomplete and NOT entered into the player draft (Team formation) process.
