Eastlake Panthers Youth Football and Cheer (EYFC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2002.  EYFC offers football and cheer programs for boys and girls, ages 5 to 14 years in the Eastlake/Chula Vista, CA area. EYFC strives to promote teamwork, respect and responsibility, with a large emphasis on education through the Scholar Athlete program. The parents, coaches and community work together to foster an environment for athletes to learn the fundamentals of football and cheer, build self-confidence and grow as leaders.

Eastlake Panthers is part of the Pop Warners West Coast Conference. The Panthers have won multiple, year-after-year Super Q Bowl Championships as well as numerous Cheer Championships.

Otay Ranch High School is the home field for the Eastlake Panthers.
