It's time to start working on your paperwork for the upcoming season. Every coach and team mom has to register with USA Football. Follow the link and search for "Ohio Premier Youth Sports" https://usafootball.com/login
The cost is $10. Please print your certificate after completion.
Please see me at practice next week to sign your Code of Ethics.
Remember 2 coaches per team are required to have CPR.

I need everything by July 13th!!
