Elementary School Clinic:

This camp is a clinic held in the afternoon from 1-4 p.m. June 19, 20, and 21.

Check in will be 1-1:15 p.m. outside of the pool. Come ready to swim!

1:15-1:45 p.m. we’ll play an ice breaker game and introduce what we’re working on that specific day.

1.     Tuesday: Free and Back technique and flip turns

2.     Wednesday: Breaststroke technique and IM transitions

3.     Thursday: Fly technique, Starts and Finishes

2-3:30 p.m. – specific stroke technique, racing practice and games.

3:30-3:45 p.m. – Dry off/get changed

3:45-4 p.m. Special topic and devotional from a coach at Messiah.

Each afternoon the athletes will have the opportunity to race and get specific feedback from the coaches on deck.
