Example Itinerary of Each Day:
8:30 - Check in outside the pool. Pick up tshirt, get ready to hop in the water!
9:00 -9:10 – Dynamic Stretch
9:10-10:30 – Morning Water Session (technique and racing strategy)
10:30-10:45 - Get changed and ready for Dryland
11:00-11:45 –Dryland
12:00 - Lunch at Lottie Dining Hall: food individually packaged
1:00-2:00 - Team activity (creek/museum/frisbee/team activity)
2:30 - Afternoon Water Session (technique review and team challenge set!)
4:00 - Get changed and check out.
4:30 - Parent pick up.
Monday: Free and Back technique and flip turns
Tuesday: Breaststroke technique and IM transitions
Wednesday: Fly technique, Starts and Finishes
