PLEASE NOTE:

Your child’s registration is not complete until all documents and fees are received. 

Late fees:  There will be a late fee of $25 charged after May 30th for fall Travel programs & after July 24 for fall Recreational (Rec) & fall Polar Bear Elite Academy programs. There will be a late fee of $25 charged after January 24 for spring Travel programs & after February 28 for fall Recreational (Rec) & fall Polar Bear Elite Academy programs.

Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Uniforms for Rec & Polar Bear Elite Academy: Uniforms (t-shirt jersey) are included in the cost of registration for Rec & Polar Bear Elite Academy programs. Please be sure to select the correct shirt size during registration. We regret that exchanges can not be made.

                                                         
                     With the funds raised by external scholarships and the Turkey Trot, DASC offers opportunities 
                     for families who may be experiencing some financial hardship to apply for financial aid.
