REFEREES AT MOUNTAIN RUSH

The job of the referee in a soccer game is to facilitate fair game play and to moderate games within the rules of CSA and Mountain Rush are critical to our success.

The process to become a referee is threefold: first, you will learn the 17 laws of soccer and complete a concussion awareness video. Second, you’ll complete online modules and a test covering the content you’ve learned. Third, you will attend a Referee Field Session with a minimum of 5 hours of participation.

We welcome new and returning referees and we encourage everyone to learn more about the “Laws of the Game” to help us all be better informed parents, coaches, players, and volunteers. Here are some references and resources for referees.
