2023 Registration

NEW THIS YEAR

All 10, 11 and 12 yr olds, plus 9 yr olds who want to be considered for AAA, are required to attend evaluations.
Evaluations will be held March 25th, time TBD.

10 and 11 yr olds who wish to be considered for Majors must first register for AAA and then select Majors evaluations within their registration.

 
Birth Certificates: ALL PLAYERS must submit a picture of their birth certificate to the League. Players will not be allowed to participate in practices and/or games until a copy of the birth certificate is received.
Early Registration Fees: (Jan. 3 - Jan. 31) - Discount applied at checkout
T-Ball & Farm A: $140
AA, AAA & Majors: $175
 
General Registration Fees: (Feb. 1 - Mar. 1)
T-Ball & Farm A: $140
AA, AAA & Majors: $195
 
Late Registration Fees: (If there is space on a roster)
T-Ball & Farm A:  $160
AA, AAA & Majors:  $215
 
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once teams have been formed. Exceptions to this policy may be requested of the Vice President in special circumstances such as medical injury.
Choosing not to play, or moving to another program does not qualify for a refund.

Baseball Ages & Divisions

Age 5

  • Birth Year = Sep - Dec 2017 & Jan - Aug 2018
  • T-Ball: All 5-year-olds will be placed in T-Ball regardless of whether they have prior baseball experience.

 

Age 6

  • Birth Year = Sep - Dec 2016 & Jan - Aug 2017
  • Tball: Players who are age 6 with no prior Little League experience will be placed in T-Ball.
  • Farm A: Players who are age 6 and have played T-ball in an official Little League program will be placed in Farm A

 

Age 7

  • Birth Year = Sep - Dec 2015 & Jan - Aug 2016
  • Farm A: All players who are age 7 will be placed in Farm A.

 

Age 8

  • Birth Year = Sep - Dec 2014 & Jan - Aug 2015
  • Farm AA: All players who are age 8 will be placed in AA. 

 

Age 9

  • Birth Year = Sep - Dec 2013 & Jan - Aug 2014
  • AA: The majority of 9-year-olds will play AA.
  • AAA: 9 yr olds with AA experience are eligible to be drafted in AAA. To be eligible to play in AAA, a 9-year-old must attend AAA evaluations. Any 9 yr old who does not attend evaluations or is not selected for the AAA draft will be placed in AA.
  • Evaluations will be held March 25, time TBD.

 

Age 10:

  • Birth Year = Sept - Dec 2012 & Jan - Aug 2013
  • All 10 yr olds must attend either AAA or Majors evaluations.
  • AAA: The majority of 10-year-olds will play AAA.
  • Majors: 10 yr olds with AAA experience are eligible to be drafted in Majors. To be eligible to play in Majors, a 10-year-old must attend Majors evaluations. Any 10 yr old who is not selected for the Majors draft will be placed in AAA. Register your player for AAA and choose Majors evaluations in the questionnaire.
  • Evaluations will be held March 25, time TBD.

 

Age 11:

  • Birth Year = Sept - Dec 2011 & Jan - Aug 2012
  • All 11 yr olds must attend either AAA or Majors evaluations.
  • AAA: 11 yr olds who wish to play AAA should attend AAA evaluations.
  • Majors: 11-year-olds who wish to play Majors should attend Majors evaluations. Any 11 yr old who not selected for the majors’ draft will be placed in AAA. Register your player for AAA and choose Majors evaluations in the questionnaire.

  • Birth Year = Sept - Dec 2010 & Jan - Aug 2011
  • All 12 yr olds must attend Majors evaluations.
  • Majors: All 12-year-olds will be placed in Majors.
  • Evaluations will be held March 25, time TBD.

SLL Softball Requirements:

  • Softball is open to girls only.

 
Note: Players will not be allowed to participate in practices and/or games until a copy of the birth certificate is received.

All ages mentioned refer to the child's physical age on 12/31 of the calendar year preceding the playing year.

Division Overview

T-Ball (ages 4-6):  (T-BALL Details)

  • Players can expect to play 1-2 years at T-Ball.  (4 year olds will play 2 years of Tball)
  • Players must at least Softball Age 4
  • Practice and Games are on Saturday and Sunday

Farm A (ages 6-8):  (Farm A Details)

  • Players can expect to play 1-2 years at Farm A.
  • Any age 8 players new to the league will begin in Farm A.

Farm AA (ages 7-9):  (Farm AA Details)

  • Players can expect to play 1-2 years at AA.
  • A small number of players age 9 who are drafted based on ability will advance to AAA.

Minors AAA (ages 9-11):  (Minors AAA Details)

  • Players can expect to play 2 years at AAA.
  • AAA teams are formed by draft.
  • Any 11-year-olds not selected in the majors’ draft will be drafted into AAA.
  • Remaining spots, if any, will be filled by 9-year-olds based on ability.

Majors (ages 11-12): (Majors Details)

  • Players can expect to play 1-2 years at Majors.
  • Majors’ teams are formed by draft.

Juniors (ages 13-14):  (Juniors Details)
Players can expect to play up to 2 years at Juniors.
Players 13 to 14-year-olds will be considered for this level

 

Tentative Spring Game Schedule

Pre Season, teams may practice 1 - 2 times per week.  Once games start, teams will typically practice once a week.  AAA and higher may also have a separate batting cage time scheduled
