Registration Information

Below are the list of leagues and divisions available for registration. Please note that there are two groups of divisions: Fall / Spring and TOP Soccer. The TOP Soccer group is a dedicated program for children with special needs. If this does not apply to your child, then please use one of the divisions for your child(ren)'s age.

We are enforcing city resident status so that TVSA retains its ability to secure field space. TVSA must have no less than 80% of it's registered players as residents. Follow the instructions for the groups for validating your resident status. You should confirm your eligibility by using the city limits map. Enter your address and make sure your address resides inside the official marked limits of the City of Temecula. If your address is within those limits then you can use this program (just because your address has Temecula as the city doesn't mean your are necessarily a Temecula resident). For example, addresses in Morgan Hill, Morgan Heights, De Luz, Pechanga Reservation, and Temecula Wine Country are all non-resident addresses.

Spring 2024 - Residents

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This program is for TEMECULA RESIDENTS ONLY. You MUST confirm your eligibility by using the city limits map. Enter your address and make sure your address resides inside the official marked limits of the City of Temecula. If your address is within those limits then you can use this program (just because your address has Temecula as the city doesn't mean you are necessarily a Temecula resident). For example, addresses in Morgan Hill, Morgan Heights, De Luz, Pechanga Reservation, and Temecula Wine Country are all non-resident addresses. If you are a resident, continue with a division in this group, otherwise, please use the Spring 2024 - Non Residents program.

PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up as a resident with a non resident address, your registration will be canceled and a nonrefundable fee of $3 will be deducted from your refund.You will then be emailed and asked to register as a non resident.

The cost for the Spring 2024 season will be $85.00 per child and includes a full uniform (jersey, shorts and socks). Non-Temecula residents must pay an additional $10 per child. There is no sibling discount in the spring season. A late fee of $10 will begin to be applied on January 1, 2024. All registration takes place online.

Coaches will be contacting their players the last week of March, 2024. Practices will start the first week of April 2024. Qualifying children must be born no later than July 31, 2019.

New players must provide a birth certificate in order to show proof of age. This requirement is optional for returning players who played in the prior spring or Fall season.

Please note that our Spring Season will be played in accordance with state, county and Cal South guidelines.

Spring 2024 - Non Residents

If your address is outside the limits then you can use this program (just because your address has Temecula as the city doesn't mean you are necessarily a Temecula resident). For example, addresses in Morgan Hill, Morgan Heights, De Luz, Pechanga Reservation, and Temecula Wine Country are all non-resident addresses. If you are not a resident, continue with a division in this group, otherwise, please use the Spring 2024 - Temecula Residents program.
