About Us
Miles City NFL Flag Football League is a league that is designed to teach kids basic fundamentals of catching, running and throwing the football. There is no blocking allowed and it is 6v6 so only 12 players allowed on the field at a time. Teams will be designed to have maximum playing time for each player. All coaches will be required to complete training courses to be able to coach. Officials will also be required to take special training courses designed to teach them rules of the game.
