The 2024 NC Dixie Softball State Meeting will be held on Saturday, JANUARY 27, 2024 at Moore County Senior Enrichment Center

Doors will open at 9:30am
Meeting will begin at 10:00am
Lunch will be served around 12:00pm
We will adjourn around 2:00pm
Please make plans now to meet all North Carolina Directors who will be in attendance. A 50/50 drawing (for scholarship fund) will be administered again this year, along with other prizes. There will be a lot of important information covered that will impact all leagues. We will also have an awards presentation, to recognize the hard work being displayed in Dixie Softball. We will be hearing updates from the league hosting the 2024 NC Dixie Softball State Tournament. As well as those wishing to bid for the 2025 NC Dixie Softball State Tournament. Each league President must be present to have a vote. Make sure your league is represented by one or more representatives at the state meeting each year. Invite as many coaches, umpires, parents, and volunteers as you wish. We are excited to be having several vendors this year attending our annual North Carolina Dixie Softball State Meeting. We will be having our annual Board of Directors meeting Friday, January 26, 2024, starting at 12:00PM. We will be discussing the 2023 and 2024 season, as well as having a District Director workshop. Please let your District Director or myself know of anything you want on the agenda.

Please let the hotel know you are with NC Dixie Softball. The guest rooms are $118.00 per night.
Please list the names of those who will be attending from your league and enclose a check payable to NC Dixie Softball @ $20 per person. The fee will include admission to the meeting and lunch. This price will be good if received by January 17, 2024. All fees are non-refundable since we have to guarantee meals. The price will be $30, at the door after January 17, 2024.
