I understand that sometimes things come up and plans change.

If a completed registration needs to be cancelled, the credit card service charge (3.4%) and the website service charge ($3) can not be refunded.

A completed registration can be used for a future camp.

Please contact Coach Smith to let him know if you need to change your registration or need a refund.  Please realize that we have limited space for campers, so no-shows or cancellations after camp has started will not be refunded.  Please give me as much advanced notice as possible if you need to cancel so another athlete can fill that space.
