2025 Summer Program
- All players must be registered with US Lacrosse and provide USL number upon registration.
- *Hamburg Central Students given first preference. All those outside of the Hamburg Central District can email (Nikki Rakoski @ [email protected]) to be added to the waitlist on a first come, first serve basis. You will be contacted to register once a spot opens.
- Practices will be held at the Nike Base Lax fields behind Hamburg Town Arena. Some practices may be moved to Hamburg High School based on field conditions.
- Required Equipment: girls lacrosse stick, goggles/eyewear and mouth guard.
- Fees are non-refundable and multi-player family discounts apply (First player at full rate and $20 discount for each additional family member)
- Registration Fees are used to cover insurance, equipment, coaching staff, league and referee fees.
REGISTRATION IS BASED ON ENTERING(RISING) GRADE LEVEL AS OF SEPTEMBER 2025
Developmental Division:
(ENTERING 1st-2nd) Jr Bulldogs 1/2: Cost $180
This division is primarily focused on introducing the "FUNdamentals" of lacrosse to our youngest laxers. We focus the majority of our practice time on developing physical capabilities and movement skills like running, jumping, landing, kicking, scooping, throwing and catching in a fun setting, built around informal play and positive reinforcement. Kids at this age play and explore movement through many physical activities.
Practices: Mondays & Wednesdays (6-7:15pm), starting June 11
Games: Mondays starting June 30th thru August 4th
Competitive Divisions:
(ENTERING 3rd-4th) Jr Bulldogs 3/4: Cost $200
This division is focused on "Learning to Train" for lacrosse. Athlete development will be focused on learning and understanding fundamental skills and rules needed to play the game successfully. Allows children to develop their movement ABCs — agility, balance, coordination, and speed — and learn the basics of the game while emphasizing fun, cooperation, and maximum touches with the ball. Kids at this age sample lots of different physical activities and sports

Games: Mondays starting June 30th thru August 4th
(ENTERING 5th-6th) Jr Bulldogs 5/6: Cost $200
This division is focused on "Training to Train" for lacrosse. Athlete development will focus on overall physical capabilities (aerobic conditioning and fundamental movement skills) in addition to introducing game management and fine tuning fundamental skills. This is the “golden age” of learning and sport skill development. Children become less self-centered and are able to reflect on their actions and learn from their mistakes. This is the optimal time to learn and build a large repertoire of lacrosse-specific skills and learn the basic principles of play in a fun, challenging environment. Players at this age sample many physical activities and sports in addition to lacrosse.

Games: Mondays starting June 30th thru August 4th
(ENTERING 7th-8th) Modified: Cost $175
This group will start after school season is complete.
This division is the time for developing strong technical skills and is the dawning of tactical awareness. Players are also introduced to concepts like mental preparation, goal setting, and coping with winning and losing. Players learn advanced technical skills and position-specific techniques. The major focus is on applying skills, strategies and tactics from practice to competitive situations. Athletes at this age participate in several sports throughout the year or in a variety of physical activities.
Practices: Mondays only 6-7pm starting June 16th
Games: Tuesdays starting July 1st thru August 5th, 5:15p
(ENTERING Grades 9-12) JV and VARSITY: Cost $150
This group will start after school season is complete.
This division is focused on fine tuning lacrosse skills under a variety of competitive conditions in a game format that mirrors adult play. Along with continued refinement of advanced techniques, players work to develop their tactical awareness, discipline and mental toughness. Overall, looking to improve "Lacrosse IQ." They are honing their performance in competition during this stage. Athletes at this age may start to focus on one or two key sports or continue with a variety of physical activities.
Practices: Mondays 7:30-8:30p starting June 30th
Games: Tuesdays starting July 1st thru August 5th, JV 6:15p, Varsity 7:15p
