Clearance Screening Process

In order to maintain compliance, the following background screenings are required and must be submitted via our online submission form. If you do not have, or do not submit all required clearance documents, you cannot be considered for a coaching assignment. This is mandatory for both Head and Assistant Coaches for all levels in our organization.

How To Obtain Your Clearances

1. PA Criminal Record Check

How To Submit Your Clearances

There are two times in which you can submit your clearances for coaching.

1. During the registration process, volunteers will have the opportunity to submit your clearances.
2. At any time, you can submit under your Account Profile

Select the Volunteer tab under your account to access your current volunteer roles



Select "Details" under your volunteer role to enter into the upload screen

Select the "+" icons to attach the correct file for review
