14U/18U DIVISION INFO & PRACTICE DETAILS

The 14U/18U division will be run through combined Pool Training sessions all season long. This will always be on Monday and/or Tuesday nights at the below times:

>Dates/Times TBA!

Licensed coaches will be there to run each pool training session.  All 14U/18U players are invited to come to these pool training sessions on both Monday and Tuesday nights. The entire age group(s) will train together on those nights.  If you can only make it one night that is totally fine. Games for this division will be played on Friday nights at the Phillips Park Soccer Complex under the lights! More info pertaining to games can be found further into this email.

Here is what pool training is:

Soccer Pool Training: A fluid movement of players between designated playing fields or “pools” for training sessions and occasionally matches, allowing the soccer club/coaching staff to individualize player development per their ages/abilities. The staff can compare notes on the players to determine how staff can help with players' development.

Coach Gregg Weigel will oversee the divisions, and our volunteer coaches will be running the practices and games.

Players will be released into the system via a Monday Group and a Tuesday Group as there are no "official" teams set for weekly training. Please make sure to not only check your emails for updates pertaining to the 14U/18U division but also make sure to download the Playmetrics app to your smartphone and or tablet for quick updates and notifications. The app and details can be found by clicking here.

Game Night Info:

Continuing off of the pool training process, these divisions' players will be mixed up every week allowing the players to play with different teammates.  On Wednesday night each week, prior to the game, we will create an email with that Friday's team rosters, and the color jersey your child will need to wear. Games for these divisions will be on Friday nights starting on March 10th at 6 PM (*times are always subject to change). Please plan to arrive 20 mins prior to the games and always have both jersey tops with you for your child. Jersey kits will be given out to new players the night of their first game.

*If jersey kits for new players have not come in prior to the start of the first set of games, due to shipping issues, we will have jersey details go out with your roster info email on Wednesday night prior to the first games.
