2025 Spring Derby Little League

PLEASE NOTE DIVISION SELECTED DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PLAYER WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THAT DIVISION.
THE LEAGUE WILL ASSIGN PLAYERS TO THE PROPER DIVISION AND TEAMS.

Tee Ball Baseball
This level is for boys and girls that are "League Age" 4 and 5 years old. 6 year old could play in T-Ball division depending on their skills and if they haven't played baseball before.
This non-competitive level focuses on the basics of base running, hitting, throwing, catching, and teamwork. Players hit of a tee and there are no outs. Games are purely instructional and last a maximum of 1 hour.

Coach Pitch Baseball
This level is for boys and girls that are "League Age" 6 and 7 years old, 8 year old's could play in coach pitch depending on their skill level.
This non-competitive level builds upon skills learned in T-Ball with continued focus on the basics of base running, hitting, throwing, catching, and teamwork. Players hit live pitching thrown by an adult coach and there are called outs. Games are purely instructional and last a maximum of 1 and 1/2 hours.

Minors Baseball - TRY OUT REQUIRED!
This level is for boys and girls that are "League Age" 8 -11 years old, 7 year old could play in this level with the request of the parent and approval by the board.
This officiated draft selected competitive level builds upon skills learned in coach pitch with continued focus on more advanced elements of base running, hitting, throwing, catching, and teamwork. Players hit live pitching thrown by players and there is stealing, bunting, and more competitive play than the non-competitive levels. Games are competitive and last a maximum of 2 hours. There are post season opportunities including play-offs for all players and all stars for select players.

Majors Baseball -  TRY OUT REQUIRED!
This level is for boys and girls that are "League Age" 9 -12 years old, Please note that a 9 year old interested to play in the Majors must sent a request by the parent and has to be approved by the board.
This officiated try-out and draft selected competitive level builds upon skills learned in the minors with continued focus on more advanced elements of base running, hitting, throwing, catching, and teamwork. Players hit live pitching thrown by players and there is stealing, bunting, and extremely competitive play. Games are highly competitive and have no time limit. There are post season opportunities including play-offs for all players and all stars for select players.

Juniors & Seniors Baseball
These levels are for boys and girls that are "League Age" 13 -15 years old for juniors and 13-16 years old of seniors. Juniors baseball runs from March into June while seniors baseball starts in June after high school baseball ends and runs through July.
Middle & high school baseball rules apply and there is leading off bases and balks. Play is on full sized baseball fields. Games are highly competitive and have no time limit. There are post season opportunities of all stars for interested players.
Players 13-15 years old can play both juniors and seniors levels if they wish for one registration fee. For those players, please sign up for just the juniors program to ensure you do not get charged twice.
Seniors only players need to register by the end of February the latest to ensure a team spot in June.
