Small Group Training focuses on the introduction and mastery of ball skills. This is delivered through opportunities to engage in maximum ball contact, expert coaching, and skill challenges. Each day focuses on a new topic with structured activities to maintain player concentration with respect to their personal and athletic development. Players are assigned to a group based on age and ability levels.

Goalkeeper programs are reserved for players looking to receive advanced instruction on the complex aspects of the position. With our extensive curriculum, goalkeepers are able to focus on the position-specific aspects of their game. Featuring a coaching ratio lower than 1:8, Cabras FC provides goalkeepers with the ideal individual attention needed to improve their game and confidence.
