2024 Season Cancellation & Refund Policy

Oceana Soccer Club understands that, from time to time, players may need to withdraw from the club due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees are based on a variety of costs determined by the number of teams and number of players registered on each team. Because some of these costs must be paid in advance, player withdrawals still result in an expense to the Oceana Soccer Club.

The following is the Oceana Soccer Club’s policy for refunds to accommodate players whose plans have changed, while maintaining the fiscal responsibilities associated with the club.

TRAVEL TEAMS:
GRADE 2 - 8 TRAVEL TEAMS
Full fee if 2024 SCSL Spring Season is cancelled or no age appropriate team is available.
Full fee minus $50.00 if player withdrawals after 1/5/24.

GRADE 9-12 TRAVEL TEAMS -
Full fee if 2023 SCSL Spring Season is cancelled or no age appropriate team is available.
Full fee minus $50.00 if player withdrawals after 2/6/24.

No refunds will be given after April 1, 2024*
*Partial refunds may be given in extenuating circumstances after the season starts. All hardships MUST petition the OSC Board in writing(email is fine). The OSC Board will vote on at the next available opportunity.

INSTRUCTIONAL & ACADEMY
Once programs have begun, refunds will not be given for cancelled registrations. Under extenuating circumstances a partial refund may be given after the 2023 programs have begun. All hardships MUST petition the OSC Board in writing (email is fine). The OSC Board will vote on at the next available opportunity.
