2026 Spring Baseball

Welcome to Yakima National Little League! We are excited for you and your player(s) to come and participate in a great program.

Important Information Before Registering:

This season will begin Mid-April and run through the end of May with practices starting at the end of March. Juniors Division will run games the month of June with practices starting the end of May.
Boys and Girls are Welcome!
All players will receive a shirt and hat.
Cleats, pants, belt, socks, (cup for boys) and glove will be the responsibility of the parent. Do not purchase the pants, socks and belt until you have had a coach assigned. Your coach will inform you of what colors you will need to purchase for these items.
Bats will be provided by the league. You are welcome to purchase bat(s) for your child if you would like.

League Age 8-Year-Old Players:

For the 2026 season, all 8-year-olds MUST sign-up for the Minor Division.

Exception:

If the child's "League Age" falls after the season ends (birthdate: June +), and you are a parent that was considering placing your child into the Machine Pitch Division, you MUST bring your child to one of the evaluation days to determine if the child can stay in the Minor Division or drop down to the Machine Pitch level. If your child DOES NOT attend one of the evaluation days, he/she will stay in the Minor Division. Please reach out to the League and let them know that you are interested in this change of division.

If the child does in fact drop down to Machine Pitch, you will receive a refund of the difference.

THIS EXCEPTION DOES NOT APPLY TO 8-YEAR-OLDS THAT ARE TURNING 8 DURING THE SEASON (BIRTHDATE: JAN-MAY), THESE PLAYERS MUST PLAY IN THE MINOR DIVISION. Please visit https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/determine-league-age/ to find out what "League Age" your child is.

10-Year-Olds:

If you sign up your 10-year-old for the Minor Division, there will be a determination at evaluations by the Player Agent if your child will continue in the Minors or will be moved up to the Majors. This is considered a safety concern and needs to be looked at closer during the time of evaluations. Your child could be more advanced and due to safety concerns, will need to move up to the Majors.

T-ball and Machine Pitch Divisions

Minor and Major Divisions

Junior Division

TBD for all Divisions. Yakima National fields at Elks Park are being worked on and may not be ready for the 2026 season. Once we have confirmation, we will let all parents know of the game location(s).
