ABOUT
Perfect Storm Flag Football is running its 2nd annual Fall League with play beginning in October of 2024, open to athletes ages 5-17. Our volunteers, parents, and coaches will focus on football fundamentals with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, fun and positivity. Games are expected to be played at Lake Mary High School Athletic Complex, 655 Longwood Lake Mary Rd, Lake Mary, FL 32746

SEASON DATES & TIMES
Saturdays, October 12th - November 9th. All age divisions will play during various time slots and utilizing the entire LMHS football field. Practices will take place 30 minutes prior to games. Each team will play 1 preseason game and 5 regular season games. As of now games are scheduled to begin at 10am.
TEAM FORMATION
Each participant must register individually and while we do accept teammate requests there is NO GUARANTEE that your athlete will be placed with their friend or sibling. Coaches should instruct player guardians to list the coach's name when completing the "Coach Request" question during registration.
ATTENTION COACHES (AND POTENTIAL COACHES)
Coaching flag football is both exciting and rewarding, but we know it can also be very intimidating. Not to worry. One of PSFF's major focuses is setting our volunteer parent coaches up for a successful season. We will provide our coaches with innovative communication tools, age appropriate practice drills and easy to comprehend playbooks to assist them on their coaching journey. This will help guarantee player engagement, which is the key to a fun and rewarding youth sports experience. PLAYING TIME
Each team will have a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 8 players for 5v5 play, providing coaches a blueprint to distribute playing time as evenly as possible.
EQUIPMENTEach child will receive their own flags and a reversible NFL FLAG jersey. Players must bring or purchase their own mouth guard and wear it at all games and practices. Players may wear sneakers or cleats (no metal spikes) during games.
Please take a look at the sizing chart below to know which size jersey to select for your child. While jersey sizes tend to run slightly on the large side, please be mindful that your child will wear the Fall weather. Adult medium (38-40), large (42-44) and x-large (46-48) jerseys are also available.
PARENT/GUARDIAN EXPERIENCE
Everything we do is geared towards a positive experience for our athletes and parents/guardians. To that end, a member of the PSFF team is always available on the field during gamedays under our blue tent. We also acknowledge, respond or answer inquiries emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours.
Parents/guardians will receive automated email notifications when their athlete is added to a team roster prior to the start of the season. The email will include names and contact information of teammates and coaches.
Game schedules will be posted 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the season. Automated emails are sent whenever schedules are posted. Parents/guardians will also receive automated game reminder emails two days before each game.
Scores and standings will be updated on the PSFF website each Sunday. Lastly, the PFF team will send separate, regular communication emails to parents/guardians and coaches throughout the season.

$50 discount for second registered player*. $75 discount for third registered player*.
*Registration for multiple players must be completed in the same transaction in order to realize discount(s).
