Youth Wrestling Program (K–8th Grade)
Our youth wrestling program welcomes boys and girls in kindergarten through 8th grade, typically ages 5 to 14. The program focuses on developing strong fundamentals, confidence, and sportsmanship while progressing from basic to more advanced techniques. Wrestlers are grouped by age, weight, and experience level to ensure fair and safe match ups. Early grades (K–5) emphasize learning, safety, and enjoyment of the sport, while middle school wrestlers (6–8) build on those foundations with increased conditioning, skill refinement, and preparation for high school competition. Across all levels, the focus remains on discipline, teamwork, and respect—both on and off the mat.
