The object of the TVSL is to promote the game of soccer for teams and players by:

•  Developing individual players to their fullest potential.
• Teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, and competitive play in a safe and constructive environment.
• Supporting player development at all age levels during the soccer season.

To achieve this objective the TVSL will provide a supervised program under the Rules and Regulations of the US Youth Soccer National League. All Directors, At-large members and Members shall bear in mind that attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future generations is of prime importance.
