GARDEN CITY FALCON FOOTBALL

Pop Warner is the only league in our area that offers no zones meaning, your child will play with other Richmond county/Ft Gordon kids

We will have 6u, 8u, 10u and 12u. Starting this year 2025 we will be offering co-ed flag football age 4 and 5.

** EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER AND CHILD SIZES MUST BE CORRECT THIS IS HOW WE CONTACT YOU AND ORDER UNIFORMS...IF INCORRECT THEN ITS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE, ON EXTRA SIZES.

**If you sign up after July 1st, your child's uniform may not fit correctly. We will do our best to get them a uniform that fits close to what their size may be.

***Proof of Residence is required before you can sign up.

Please read the message below. This year, we have some exciting new things:

Please ensure your child is zoned for any RICHMOND County High School feeder school. For more information, visit the Richmond County Board of

Education website. I strongly recommend using the link below to

access the Richmond County School Bus Route Website (http://www.rcboe.org >transportation)

Select School Zone and Bus Stop Locator and enter your address, zip code and grade default to 9th grade. If you have any questions, contact the association

president before you register. Before registering your player or cheerleader to serve as a member of the

Garden City Falcons Pop Warner Football, Dance, and Cheer Program, please ensure that you understand the

refund policy in its entirety, as there will be no refunds granted after your player or cheerleader has

participated in any practice sessions, except where noted below.

After or during your registration process, you will need to complete the Proof of Residency form (link

below) and submit your two proofs of residency (as outlined within the form) along with your respective

bus route, showcasing you are zoned for any Richmond County High School. Not complying with or failing to upload

the appropriate documents could delay or reject your athletes' rostering for Garden City Pop Warner.

REFUND POLICY: As a non-profit organization, our goal is to maintain the lowest fees possible to ensure

that all individuals have the opportunity to participate in the Garden City Pop Warner Football and Cheer

Program. Before the season begins, the Association must coordinate necessary items regarding

equipment, uniforms, insurance, and all other administrative actions. These pre-coordinated items have

associated fees that must be prepaid to guarantee a successful football and cheer season; these

payments are non-refundable. Garden City Pop Warner must uphold a refund policy to prevent any loss of

funds to the organization and ensure that parents are fully aware of the policies and procedures

established by Garden City Pop Warner.

1. If a player or cheerleader chooses to discontinue participation in the Garden City Pop Warner Football

and Cheer Program before ordering uniforms, a refund will be granted less the $25 non-refundable

deposit and the cost of the uniform.
