NPAA Sports Weightlifting
This program is designed for 7th and 8th graders looking to build a solid form, technique, & strength foundation prior to high school with Guest Strength & Conditioning Coach Grant Accetta. The program is open to all athletes in St. John’s County at both novice and intermediate experience levels.

Practices
Sessions will be held at the Nease High School Weight Room
Tuesdays and Thursday from 530-630pm
January 30, 2024 to March 7, 2024 (Ends before Spring Break)
NPAA Gold Weightlifting is run by the non-profit NPAA and is a “non-school” program open to all 8th grade athletes in the county, regardless of where they plan to attend high school. There is no affiliation with Nease, or any other county high school.
