AYBA Spring 2026 Baseball

It’s Time for Fall Baseball at AYBA!

Registration for all age groups closes December 31st at 11:59p.m. Register early as spaces may be limited and registration will be on a first come first serve basis.

Please Note: Playing age is based on a player’s age as of April 30, 2026.

AYBA will offer Fall baseball programs for the following age groups below. Please select the applicable age and residency when registering. *Details on residency can be found at the bottom of this letter.

4-5 Year-old Co-ed T-Ball

Cost $225.00 City Resident/ $337.50 Non-Resident*
Focus: Focus on fun and development
Player Introductory Clinic : Saturday, February 7 , 2026 from 12:00p.m.-2:00p.m
Location: Wills Park T1 & T2
Clinic Rain Date/Time: Saturday, February 14, 2026 on Field T-1 from 12:00pm.- 2:00p.m.
Practices/Games: One practice per week, on a varying schedule, at either Wills Park or Webb Bridge Park. Games on Saturdays. Times vary throughout the day, NO set times.
Practices Start: February 14 or February 21 (dependent upon Clinic date)
Games Start: March 7, 2026 and continue through mid-May
Season: 8-game schedule

6 Year-old Co-ed - Coach Pitch

Cost $250.00 City Resident/ $362.50 Non-Resident*
Focus: Focus on fun and development
Player Evaluations : Saturday, February 7 , 2026 from 12:00p.m.-2:00p.m
Location: Wills Park 3
Clinic Rain Date/Time: Saturday, February 14, 2026 on Field T-1 from 12:00pm.- 2:00p.m.
Practices/Games: One practice per week, on a varying schedule, at either Wills Park or Webb Bridge Park. Games on Saturdays. Times vary throughout the day, NO set times.
Practices Start: February 14 or February 21 (dependent upon Evaluation date)
Games Start: March 7, 2026 and continue through mid-May
Season: 8-game schedule, including an end-of-season tournament

7 Year-old Co-ed - Coach Pitch

Practices/Games: Will be on Saturdays and weeknights at both Wills Park and Webb Bridge Park on a varying schedule.
Practices Start: Saturday, January 31, 2026

9-10 Year-old Co-ed- Kid Pitch

For Spring 2026, AYBA is introducing 2 levels of play- National League and American League.

National League will be comprised of teams of advanced players that will have the opportunity to play in a more competitive league. To be a part of this National League, your player MUST be at the National League tryouts as detailed below.
American League will be comprised of teams of players who want more development at various positions.

Registration for either league is the same, through the same registration links. Please register accordingly based on your players' age.

There will be no refunds for players that attend National League tryouts but are not selected. If your player attends National League tryouts but is not selected for the National League, they will automatically have a spot in our American League and are encouraged to attend the American League evaluation dates.

Cost $280.00 City Resident/ $392.50 Non-Resident* (For any player selected to the National League, there will be an additional $50 fee assessed after tryouts and selection)

National League

Mandatory Player TRYOUTS for NATIONAL LEAGUE : Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 1:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.
Location: Wills Park Fields 1 & 2
Evaluation Rain Date/Time: Tuesday, January 21 on Fields #1 & #2 from 5:30p.m. - 8:30p.m.
Practices/Games: Will be on Saturdays and weeknights at both Wills Park and Webb Bridge Park on a varying schedule.
Practices Start: January 24, 2026
Games Start: March 7 and continue through mid-May
Season: 12-game schedule, including an end-of-season tournament

American League

Games Start: March 7 and continue through mid-May
Season: 12-game schedule, including an end-of-season tournament

16-19 Year-old Co-ed League

Cost $290.00 City Resident/ $402.50 Non-Resident*
Player evaluations: Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 6:00p.m.
Location: Wills Park Field 6
Evaluation Rain Date/Time: Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6p.m.
Practices/Games: Games on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at both Wills Park and Webb Bridge Park with practices on a varying schedule.
Practices Start: February 15
Games Start: March 8 and continue through mid-May
Season: 16-game schedule, including an end of season tournament

Notes:

Teams can lock a maximum of 9 players (coaches’ sons included). Each player registers individually via the AYBA website.
Coach or one of the players must email the list of the "locked" players' to Spencer Ripley to lock players onto the same team.

*City of Alpharetta Residency

The Alpharetta Youth Baseball Registration Fee does not include a compulsory City of Alpharetta 75% surcharge for non-residents. Non-residents are defined as those who do not pay City of Alpharetta Property Taxes (excluding Johns Creek residents). Johns Creek Residents do not pay non-residency fee due to the Alpharetta and Johns Creek MOU.

City of Alpharetta Resident:

A city resident is defined as any person living within the city limits of Alpharetta and paying City of Alpharetta Property Taxes (Excluding Johns Creek residents). A mailing address should not be considered in determining residency since many areas of Fulton County and some areas of Cherokee and Forsyth Counties use the Alpharetta Post Office. To verify residency status, call 678-297-6100.

Non-City Resident Registration Surcharge:

Alpharetta Recreation & Parks Department (ARPD) charges an additional fee/surcharge for non-city residents participating in programs conducted on facilities under the ARPD's control. For youth athletic leagues, this fee/surcharge is 75% of the registration fee and is in addition to registration fee. For registration purposes, the definition of a "resident" is a person whose legal domicile is located within the city limit boundaries of the City of Alpharetta and pays property taxes to the City of Alpharetta. Non-resident applies to all others. City of Roswell, Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Milton, and other municipalities in Fulton County are subject to non-resident fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted as outlined below:

● All refunds are assessed an administrative/processing fee of $20 which is deducted from the refund amount.

● Refund requests must be submitted to the Director of Registration via email.

● Requests must be submitted prior to midnight the day preceding evaluations

● Once a player has been drafted onto a team refunds are not permitted, except for the following situations:

o A player has or is moving from his/her current address to a location that reasonably prohibits playing at Wills Park.

o Medical hardship.

Appeals beyond the aforementioned must be made in writing to the Director of Registration. The appeal must include name, age group, and reasons for the refund request. All appeals will be presented by the Director of Registration to the full AYBA Board of Directors for vote.
