2025 FALL FLAG FOOTBALL SEASON

The Knights Flag Football Program is a co-ed flag football program for boys & girls from Pre-K to 9th grade. We provide intramural play for players in a non-contact and fun atmosphere under the banner of NFL Flag Football. The programs serves communities in Western Suffolk and East Nassau counties.
