2025-2026 Iniciado Academy 2016-2019

Our U7 – U10 program is designed to introduce younger players to the game of soccer. These years are crucial for players to build a strong foundation, upon which they can build for years to come. Our program will challenge players through fun games while helping to build a technical foundation that will best prepare them for competitive soccer. Players will build confidence and learn to love the game through their skills.

Philosophy: We believe all players at this age need to be creative on the pitch. Players are individualistic, so allowing them to express themselves on the field will better prepare them for premier level soccer. At these age groups we focus on 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 technical training with a strong focus on dribbling, learning new moves and most importantly having fun. Expectations at this age are minimal as this is the time most players are initially introduced to the game. It is important to note that winning is not our top priority, but rather making sure players are learning proper technical skills appropriate for their age and learning to play and love the game the way it is meant to be played. Our training program is based on the methodologies that have been developed and refined for years through our Futeboltraining skills Academy. These methodologies draw heavily on our coaching staff’s extensive playing and coaching experience, as well as on close relationships with top professional soccer clubs around the world.

The program consists of training 2 times a week, optional summer tournaments, fall league, optional winter program and spring league.

Leagues and tournaments will be determined based on the teams skill level once formed.

2025-2026 Junior Academy 2010-2014

Our competitive Junior Academy program is year round, it is designed for players who are serious about soccer, aiming to compete regionally, nationally, and internationally. They typically train 2 – 3 times a week, players participate in summer tournaments, fall league, optional winter program, spring league, and cup competitions. They are introduced to the 11v11 format which allows them to understand and implement more complex tactical strategies, such as formations, positional play, and team coordination.

Practices are held at Delta Park, Salvation Army Field and Discovery Middle School, Mittleman Jewish Community Center and PCC Sylvania.

2025-2026 Senior Academy 2007-2011

Our U15 – U18 program is the final chapter in a player's youth career, preparing them for collegiate or professional soccer. Like our Junior Academy, training occurs 2 – 3 times a week, with participation in summer tournaments, winter league, and cup competitions. Players at this stage begin to develop for the next level, participating in opportunities such as ODP, college showcases, and even international competition. Our coaching staff focuses on equipping players with the necessary tools to achieve their goals, whether it's playing at the collegiate or professional level.
