TEE BALL (ages 4-6)
Minimum age for T-Ball is 4 years old. Tee Ball is the entry level division for young players that focuses on fun, fitness, and fundamentals. Teams are town based if enough players are registered in each specific town. Any additional players are placed in their nearest town. Administration is run through the towns of Eldridge, Park View and Long Grove. Notifications for signups come through the Little League.

INSTRUCTIONAL COACH PITCH (ages 6 and 7)
This division uses a safety ball and is focused on introducing the kids to the basic fundamentals of baseball. Teams are formed by the school the players attend. If there are not enough kids to field a full team for your school you will have the option to join a team from a nearby school.

COMPETITIVE COACH PITCH (ages 7 and 8)
The Coach Pitch division uses an official hard ball, is more competitive than the Instructional Division, and has a year end tournament. Teams are formed by the school that the players attend. If there are not enough kids to field a full team for your school you will have the option to join a team from a nearby school.

AA (ages 8-10)
The AA division is a semi-competitive, hybrid player/coach pitch division. This division is structured for the development of first time pitchers. Rules are in place to eliminate walks and maintain the flow of the game (i.e. if the player pitcher throws four balls to the batter, then the coach will come in to finish the at bat. The at bat will either end in a strikeout or a ball put in play. There are no walks). Players must attend a preseason skills assessment and will be selected to teams according to their ability. Advanced 8 year olds have the option to attend assessments to be considered for placement on a AA team. Teams are formed by a common draft. All 9 year olds not drafted by a AAA team will be placed on a AA team. Any players (younger than 9) not selected for AA in the common draft will be assigned to a Competitive Coach Pitch team.

AAA (ages 9-10)
The AAA division is a competitive player pitch division. The AAA division gives players a chance to develop the baseball skills necessary to advance to the Majors division. Players must attend a preseason skills assessment and will be selected to teams according to their ability. Teams are formed by a common draft. All other players not selected for AAA in the common draft will be placed in the AA draft.

MAJORS (ages 11-12)
The Majors division is the highest competitive player pitch division. Players must attend a preseason skills assessment and will be placed in a pool and selected to teams according to their ability. Teams are formed by a common draft. All 11 and 12 year olds will be placed on a Majors team. Some 10 year olds may be placed in Majors according to their ability to fill out full team rosters. All other players not selected for Majors in the common draft will be placed in the AAA draft.
