The Stan Brown Jamboree honors the legacy of Stan Brown, who served as a District Administrator in the U.S. Eastern Region for 48 years. As a founding member of Danvers Little League and the second-longest tenured District Administrator in Little League history, Stan dedicated his life to creating opportunities for kids to play baseball and enjoy the game he loved. This jamboree is held in his honor to continue that mission and provide young players with a fun and competitive baseball experience.

-3 Divisions (12u, 10u, and 8u) w/ sub levels (Gold & Silver)

-5 Game minimum: 3 parity games with double elimination

-Tournament is spread out over 10-12 days (weather permitting)(and depending how many teams in each division)

-U12 and u10 may see weekend double headers; max 2 games on the weekend (sometimes only play Sat or Sun)

-u8: 7/20-8/1

-u10: 7/27-8/8

-u12: 8/2--8/13

Danvers National Little League – All‑Stars Program Description

The Danvers National Little League All‑Stars Program is designed for players who demonstrate strong baseball skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for competing at a higher level. All‑Star teams represent DNLL in postseason tournament play and serve as an opportunity for selected players to challenge themselves against top competition from surrounding towns and districts.

Player Selection

Players are chosen through a combination of coach evaluations, season performance, sportsmanship, and overall commitment to the league. Selected players are expected to attend all practices and games throughout the All‑Star season.

Season Structure

All‑Star teams participate in a series of competitive tournaments and district play beginning in late June and running through mid‑July. Practices are held multiple times per week, with schedules designed to prepare players for tournament‑level competition.

Stan Brown Jamboree Participation

This year, all DNLL All‑Star teams will also take part in the Stan Brown Jamboree, hosted by Danvers National Little League. The SBJ is a multi‑division tournament honoring longtime District Administrator Stan Brown, celebrating his dedication to creating opportunities for kids to play baseball.

Participation in the Stan Brown Jamboree is included at no additional cost for all DNLL All‑Star players and families. Tournament entry fees are fully covered as part of the All‑Stars program.

The coach will register and pay for the team’s entry into the jamboree. Once the team is entered, the coach will provide each player/family with a registration link to officially register the player to the team roster. Only officially rostered and registered players are eligible to participate in the Stan Brown Jamboree.
