Important General Information

Fall: September 6th through October 18th (7 weeks of games)
Closed 

Winter 1: October 25th to December 13th (7 weeks of games)
Note: No games on November 29th
Grade levels Offered: Kindergarten through 5th Grade
Registration closes on Sep 17

Winter 2:  January 10th to March 21st (9 weeks of games)
Grade levels Offered: Kindergarten through 8th Grade

Spring: April 4th to May 16th (7 weeks of games)
Grade levels Offered: Kindergarten through 8th Grade

Age Group Time Frames:
•K/1st: Fridays
•2nd/3rd: Fridays
•4th/5th: Fridays
•All games are held in the Willow Hill Dome
•6th/7th/8th Grade: Only available during Winter 2 and Spring seasons.

Games start at 4:15 pm and will run until 10:15 pm, with the youngest age group starting at 4:15 pm.

Teams will engage in one 50-minute game every Friday night. As we approach the start date, we'll provide more precise timeframes.

Important Registration Information:
It's essential to review our general information and understand the two ways to register. Please note: We do not accept buddy requests or team submissions via email. All buddy requests must be made during registration.


1. Individual Registrants:
- Players who register individually can submit up to two buddy requests. Please ensure your buddies are also participating in the league and are not part of a team submission. We cannot honor buddy requests if your buddy is on a team submission.

- Double-check the spelling of your buddy's name, as incorrect spellings may not be recognized by our system.

- While we strive to pair you with both requested buddies, we can only guarantee one buddy pairing due to potential constraints.

2. Team Submission:
- Coaches or a team representative can submit a team of at least 10 players and a coach using the Google Doc link provided below.

- If your team submits at least 12 players, no additional players will be added to your roster. If your team has 10 players, the league may add one or two players if necessary.

- Individual registrants will be placed on league-formed teams before being added to team submissions to ensure everyone has a team to play on.

- Ensure that your players register well in advance of the registration deadline, as the registration platform will close once we reach capacity.


- All players on team submissions must still register individually through our registration platform. We will use the team submission to create your roster.

Key Points to Remember:

1. Ensure all players register individually. We’ve encountered situations where team representatives submitted a team, but individual registrants never completed their registration. This prevented us from creating those teams if they didn’t meet the league requirement of 10 players. Every player on the team must complete their online registration and payment.

2. Do not fill out the Google Doc until you have a complete roster. The Google Doc will remain open until the registration deadline, and you can edit it if needed. 

3. Double-check that all names are spelled correctly to avoid roster issues.

4. Communicate with families about being added to a team roster to avoid any confusion.

5. Only one Google Doc submission per team. Multiple submissions can cause confusion and errors.

When done correctly, there should be no issues creating your team.
