The Council Bluffs Soccer Club Recreational (Rec) Program provides opportunities for young players in our community to develop healthy life skills and team skills through active participation in the beautiful game of soccer. Our core values are teamwork, fairness, and communication, while nurturing a positive environment to strive for excellence. CBSC offers a full soccer season in both fall and spring, providing a fun and safe environment for children ages 7-19. The focus is participation, team building, sportsmanship, and fun while players learn the game of soccer in a minimally competitive environment.  

Games are held at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex, 2900 Richard Downing Ave.
Game times M-F 5:45 pm and 7:00 pm when sunset allows, Saturdays from 9:00-4:00, and
Sundays 1:00-5:00. Practice times and locations are determined by coaches.

For players ages 4-6, please refer to the Micro and NEST programs.

Fees 

Registration Fee $85 per player/per season for 2024-2025 (Fall-Spring). Late fee of $10 for registrations made after posted seasonal late fee date. Soccer jerseys are $36.

Need a Team?

CBSC places many players each season on new or existing teams.  We do our best to place players based on school or geographic location.  Just register, and we will do our best to find a team for your child.  Player placement usually takes place toward the end of the registration process, so please be patient as we find and form teams.

Multiple Rosters / Club Pass

Playing on more than one team?

If you play on more than one team (in any other club or within CBSC), a Multiple Roster / Club Pass form must be completed.  If both teams are CBSC teams, the registration fee must be paid for each team. By rule, 7/8U players cannot dual-roster and play on more than one team.
