All Registrations will close on March 10th 2026.
Early Bird Discount: $10 off when you register by January 31st(automatically applied at checkout)
Late Registration fee of $25 after March 10th
Please register your player(s) in the appropriate division according to their date of birth. Player team placement for the Spring 2026 season will be determined by the PELL Board of Directors based upon several factors. These factors include: PELL mandatory safety evaluations, previous coach's evaluations, the Little League softball/baseball age determination charts, and program availability based on interest.

League age for baseball and tee ball is determined by the player’s age on August 31, 2026
League age for softball is determined by the player’s age on December 31, 2025
Mandatory Evaluations will be held for the following ages:
- Any 7 year olds who want to be considered for Minors
- All 8, 9 and 10 year olds
- Any 11 or 12 year old new to PELL or new to Majors
Information about evaluations will be emailed to parents once the date and time are set. They are tentatively scheduled for the end of March. Please keep in mind your child's league age may be different than their current age.
Our league is completely run by volunteers! Whether you are interested in coaching, helping with concessions, joining the grounds crew, equipment committee or joining the board, the more involvement we have the better program we can build for our community! Volunteers can sign up while registering their child or make a separate account on sports connect. Volunteer requirements can be found under the coaches tab.
