This program is for all players ages 13-19 who would like to participate in NP Cannoneers Winter workouts. This includes players who participate in recreational baseball, travel baseball or both and/or are new to the program. Once registered players will receive information on scheduled workouts and available drop-in programs. All recreatonal and travel players who wish to attend any type of winter workout MUST be registered here. Only one registration is required /player. We will have paid and volunteer coaches facilitating these workouts. Workouts will feature both baseball instruction and strenght, speed, and agility training.

Workouts Location: Lansdale YMCA, Keystone Sports in Hatfield, or TBD

Nights: Tuesday, Wednesdays or Sunday (depends on age and program participation)*

*players may attend sessions outside of their normal age group if they have a schedule conflict (will be determined on a case-by-case basis)
